Despite of being at a very remote location, modern satellite technology, solar energy and the occasional use of generators make it possible that we stay connected to the outside world.

During the season (summer: June - September, winter: February - March) you can contact us at Frances Lake two different ways:

1. Email (info@franceslake.ca): The easiest and most reliable way, since we try to check email at least once every day.
2. Satellite phone (780-628-5322): Normal long-distance fees apply for you; we pay the extra for the satellite connection. Most often we will not answer the phone personally, but you are encouraged to leave a voice mail message. We will check the voice mail every 1 - 2 days.
